Heading off on your Invisalign journey\nshould certainly be exciting when you know that you could have your new smile\nin as little as 4 to 6 months. During that time, you will need to wear your\naligners, which are removable and barely visible when they are being worn. You\ncan remove your aligners for up to 2 hours a day, so you won\u2019t have to alter\nyour diet to avoid foods that could damage them, and you will be able to brush\nyour teeth without anything impeding your efforts (remember to floss!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each week, you will need to wear a new\naligner as each one applies a different amount of pressure to push your teeth\ninto place.
