When should I clean the aligner?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You should aim to clean the aligner a minimum of\ntwice a day, preferably when you brush your teeth in the morning and evening.\nThis will help to keep the aligners clean and will prevent you from developing\ngum disease and tooth decay, as there will be no food debris to be pressed\nagainst your teeth and gums. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cleaning the aligner is simple; you rinse it\nunder a cool water tap as and when you need to. Try to refrain from rinsing\nunder a hot water tap, as this can cause it to warp.
