Once we have provided you with your aligners, we will recommend that you wear them for around 22 hours a day to get the best results. When it comes to eating, you can simply remove your aligners, eat whatever you like, brush your teeth and pop them back in. To clean your aligners, all you need to do is brush them with your toothbrush and give them a rinse, it’s as easy as that! You will use each aligner for around 2 weeks before changing to a new one.
