Ideally, you will need to rinse them under a cold\nwater tap as often as you can and if there is any food debris or plaque on the\naligners, brush it off with a toothbrush. This will prevent plaque and bacteria\nfrom being pressed against your teeth and gums which would lead to tooth decay\nor gum disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Keep in touch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n As these aligners do not require tightening or adjusting, this\nwill mean fewer dental appointments will be required.
